Counseling creates a one-on-one relationship
with a professional to address problems or concerns
in personal functioning, relationships and life
management.
Psychotherapy describes in-depth work that is
aimed at creating transformation through personal
healing and changes in long-standing patterns of
behavior.
Coaching involves work to enhance life and
career skills such as parenting, communication,
assertiveness, management and team-building.
Seminars are available for business, professional
and community organizations on a variety of mental
and emotional wellness issues. Presentations can be
tailored to meet specific needs.
Adults - partnering with clients to address personal
and relational problems; and facilitate personal
healing, insight and growth.
Adolescents - serving high school students and
their parents on issues including depression, anxiety,
relationships, eating disorders, parental divorce and
self-esteem.
Couples - assisting partners to resolve conflict,
improve communication, increase understanding,
change behavior patterns and enhance strengths in the
relationship.
Business - working with business owners and
employees to enhance teamwork, strengthen
communication and people skills, and provide
assistance with crisis in the workplace.

FEES
My practice primarily operates on a fee-for-service basis. I am a network provider for Tricare V.A.
insurance only. For my clients with other behavioral health benefits, I am happy to provide the necessary
documentation to submit a health care claim. My services are generally covered by any policy that
reimburses for an out-of-network provider.
My current fee for a standard 50-minute session for individuals is $90.00. For couples and family sessions
the standard fee is $110.00. If additional time is requested it will be prorated at these rates. I request
payment at the time of services in the form of cash, check or credit card.
